Today, Don leads WEBSmart-USA, a consortium of 50+ corporate IT organizations, with a vision focused on providing IT Professionals with best of class learning experiences in leadership, management, career development and communication.
Don is an active leader in Chicago IT association activities for SIM and AITP, among others. He also conducts open monthly CIO roundtable discussions for IT leaders. |

Rob Bussell
Rob is a Training Consultant and Lead Instructor for WEBSmart-USA. He is responsible for the creation and facilitation of many of the WEBSmart-USA workshops offered to our IT client base.
Rob’s passion is to provide interactive learning experiences to help IT Professionals develop their careers. With a background in broadcast and print journalism to complement his IT experience, Rob is able to generate maximum energy and idea exchange in the WEBSmart-USA learning experiences. |
