Don Bussell
Don, the founder and CEO of Omicron-USA, has 30+ years experience in Information Technology including Chief Information Officer of PHH Homequity. Today, Don leads Omicron-USA, a consortium of 50+ corporate IT organizations, with a vision focused on providing IT Professionals with best of class learning experiences in leadership, management, career development and communication.
Don is an active leader in Chicago IT association activities for SIM and AITP, among others. He also conducts open monthly CIO roundtable discussions for IT leaders. |

Rob Bussell
Rob is the Director of Member Programs for Omicron-USA. He is responsible for the creation and facilitation of many of the Omicron-USA workshops offered to our IT client base. He also coordinates Omicron’s 13 instructors and well over 100 training programs each year.
Rob’s passion is to provide interactive, professional discussion and exercises to help IT Professionals move forward in their careers. With a background in broadcast journalism, as well as IT training, Rob brings enthusiasm and expertise to Omicron-USA learning experiences. |

Rebecca Matchette
Our newest professional staff member, Rebecca came onboard as Director of Business Development. As an IT training consultant for 15 years, Rebecca brings extensive knowledge of the technical and end user business communities to Omicron-USA. Her expertise in career development, job-matching assessments, training and coaching augment the professional development services Omicron provides to its IT clients. As a Registered Corporate coach, Rebecca also works with IT Professionals to individually provide career development services. |

Judie Anderson
Judie has been with Omicron for over 13 years and is the backbone of the administration and operational functions within the organization. She has been a major contributor to the growth that Omicron-USA has experienced since its formation in 1992. Judie’s life-long dedication to client relations provides the knowledge and experience that supplies the personal attention that Omicron clients have come to expect. When Judie says, ‘call or email with questions’ she means it! |

Lily DeLaurie
Lily has been with Omicron for 3 years. She loves working with people and it shows! Whether she is assisting staff in the Glen Ellyn office or managing the O’Hare training facility, Lily contributes to the Omicron-USA vision with her attention to detail and hard working attitude. |
