(ITED)- Preparing Future IT Leaders Today

ITED is a program designed specifically for future IT Leaders.  It is not for everyone.  It is a unique process designed for your Company’s best people - individuals that have the potential to be more effective in their current responsibilities and to take on significantly more responsibility.

The Challenge
Today’s business climate demands that IT leaders take on more responsibilities and deliver positive tangible results. While most talented IT Professionals are bright, dedicated, and technically proficient, the roles of a leader, business partner, and organizational collaborator are often new and difficult.  Being technically proficient is not enough.  IT Executives must possess a unique blend of management, leadership, and communication skills to succeed.

The Curriculum
Registered participants begin the program by taking targeted assessments that provide insight into their existing leadership strengths and challenges.  These assessments provide a baseline for their customized coaching throughout the program.

ITED Workshops include:

One-On-One Coaching
Each participant will engage in three personal coaching sessions (before, during and after the program) with a skilled professional development coach.  The sessions will include assessments, personal planning and progress evaluation.

CIO Guest Speakers
Our guest speakers share their valuable, practical and professional experiences.

The Training Location
All ITED programs are held in Omicron’s Training Room at O’Hare Plaza.
