This program provides flexibility to give you the most relevant skill development experience.
Initial Assessment
Registered participants will begin the program by taking an on-line assessment that will provide insight into their current work style.		   IT-PC Personal Coaching
Each participant will receive two personal coaching sessions with a professional development coach.  The sessions will include short and long term personal development and career planning.
Professional Certification Events
• Self-Leadership Workshop (How to Maximize Your Value Within IT)
• Your Choice of 3 Omicron Learning Workshops
• Two ½ Day Learning / Collaboration Workshops		   IT-PC Workshop Instructors & Coach
Omicron’s IT-CP instructors and the coach are former IT Professionals who understand the challenges of IT and the development required to advance your career in IT.
IT-PC Learning Workshop Selections
Each IT-PC participant may select any three of the following Omicron Learning Workshops:

• Writing Skills for IT Professionals   • Communication Skills for IT Professionals
