IT Professional Certification Program (IT-PC)WEBSmart’s IT Professional Certification Program (IT-CP) is designed specifically for individual IT Contributors who want to enhance their career and increase their value within their IT Organization.
	This program provides flexibility to give you the most relevant skill development experience.
Initial Assessment Registered participants will begin the program by taking an on-line assessment that will provide insight into their current work style.   IT-PC Personal Coaching Each participant will receive three personal coaching sessions with a professional development coach.  The sessions will include short and long term personal development and career planning.
