Background:
Before the economic crash, many of our Omicron Member companies were heavily engaged in the ITIL implementation process.  Some kept moving forward last year, while others put their initiatives on hold.

This session is a great way to benchmark your ITIL efforts against those of other prominent Chicago companies.  Participants will be encouraged to fully share their experiences and stories, giving everyone valuable insight they can successfully take action on in 2010.

Participants will also gain insight from Christian Iantoni, President of Five9 Technologies.  Iantoni will share key success principles, gained from implementing ITIL at a number of prominent companies.  He will also answer questions from those in attendance.
