Those managing outsourced individuals and teams, anyone who wants to gain more productivity/eliminate mistakes from these external groups.
Background:
In an effort to reduce costs, many companies have outsourced at least part of their development effort to external groups, many of which are located in other areas of the world. Managing these relationships effectively to actually realize the project cost savings is extremely difficult.
This Interchange will allow participants to share valuable insight on how to maximize these relationships. Participants will be encouraged to detail their successes and failures, allowing everyone to gain from the real-life experiences.
All participants will be given ample opportunity to share their challenges and pose their questions to the entire group. |
