Suggested Attendees: Anyone involved in Project Management Office related roles and anyone else interested in how metrics can be used more effectively to drive and determine project success.

Background:
There is an old saying related to metrics:  “You can’t manage what you don’t measure.”  Most companies use metrics – very few use them successfully to drive successful project outcomes.  Even fewer understand how to use metrics as a tool for marketing and motivational purposes.

This Interchange will allow participants to better understand the potential power of effective metrics and the steps they can take to tap into these benefits.

All participants will be given full opportunity to have their questions and challenges addressed by everyone in attendance.

This Interchange (Roundtable Discussion) Will Explore:

• What should be measured?
• Post-Project Analysis
• Reporting to Management

• Taking Action on Results
• Who Defines the Program?
• Using Tools Effectively
