Background:

The use of social networking tools has expanded tremendously in the last few years.  On a personal basis, the majority of those in IT use these tools extensively.  Should these tools be embraced in a corporate setting?

This Interchange will examine the real benefits and potential downside to allowing, or even fostering, the use of social networking within the business.  Should you restrict it or should you promote it?  If you allow its use, how can you manage it successfully to produce true business benefit?
