The Instructor – David Clemente – PMP (Project Management Professional)
David Clemente brings a wealth of knowledge and Project Management know-how to the Total Systems team. He has extensive management and systems experience, ranging from compiling Business Requirements and Functional Specifications, to developing, executing and controlling project plans and test plans, managing quality initiatives (Six Sigma) and corporate merger projects.
Over the years his management experience ranges from small maintenance and enhancement projects, to global cross-functional projects. His ability to manage and motivate both technical and non-technical teams, and his excellent people skills make David a valuable asset to our team and our clients. David is also certified as a PMP®, Project Management Professional by PMI®, the Project Management Institute.
