Background:
Today’s IT workers crave flexibility.  Some demand flexibility.  Working from home is an option that has appeal to a high percentage of skilled IT professionals.  Making this type of program work, however, can be quite challenging.

This session will allow participants to better understand who can handle working from home (and who can’t), how to use personality profiles to determine these ideal candidates, and how to structure a program that maximizes the productivity of home based workers.

This Interchange (Roundtable Discussion) Will Explore:

• Selecting the Right Candidates
• Maximizing Productivity
• Personality Profile

• Metrics for Success
• Monitoring Productivity
• Communication Challenges
