ITIL – Service Management Master (SMM) Certification Training

Course Description
This experience is very rigorous but rewarding. The SMM is the most coveted distinction within the ITIL certification track. The SMM course is a very in-depth study and application of the Service Support and Service Delivery disciplines.
The course demands 90 hours of classroom time and up to an additional 200 hours of independent study and assignment completion. |
Target Audience
This workshop is designed for elite, highly motivated individuals who desire to reach the pinnacle of ITIL. These committed leaders should be able to assume critical driving roles in the successful adoption and increasing maturity of an ITIL-based IT Service Management framework.
NOTE – Participants may be eligible for 60 contact hours or PDUs toward PMI certification.
Readiness to Take Exam
Participants will take away the knowledge and insight necessary to successfully pass the SMM Certification Test
