This Interchange will focus on the challenges women face in creating a successful career in Information Technology.  The session will allow participants to spotlight their key concerns and receive helpful insight on how to overcome these obstacles.

Background:
Statistics continue to indicate the percentage of women pursuing careers in Information Technology is decreasing.  Why is this the case and how do bright, motivated women overcome difficult challenges to assume prominent roles within Information Technology? 

This Interchange will give women from our Omicron Member companies a wonderful opportunity to share their experiences and gain insight into how to succeed in their careers.  Everyone will have a full opportunity to bring up their specific challenges and receive feedback from the entire group.
